What is the difference between Conversations, Q&A, and Group Chat?
What is the difference between Conversations, Q&A, and Group Chat?
Updated over a week ago

When presentations are interactive, audience members are significantly more likely to pay attention, stay engaged, and stay tuned in.

  • The Conversations feature allows presenters to send private messages to attendees. Conversations allow webinar presenters and attendees to communicate for the duration of the webinar. Only the presenters can initiate the one-to-one chat.

  • Group Chat differs from Conversations because the conversations are open and visible to presenters and attendees. The entire purpose of a Group Chat is to share information and interact directly with your attendees!

  • The Q&A feature allows attendees to type and send questions to presenters, who can respond with answers privately or to the entire audience. Q&A sessions enable audiences to learn more about specific topics or even ask a question to someone they would never typically get the chance.
