Connectivity issues?

If you are unable to connect to your event/webinar, kindly check the following:

  • Company/personal VPN

  • Company/personal firewall settings

  • Company/country/region website encryption (Allowlisting)

  • Wi-Fi connection (try to run www.speedtest.net and check the download and upload speed)

  • Browser cache history and settings

  • DNS Settings (try to change the primary to 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.4.4)

If your device is company property, the issue may be related to the firewall or VPN. You should involve your organization's IT team member to allow-list the platform.

If you have confirmed the proper configuration of your system and continue to encounter issues, we recommend contacting your event host for further assistance.
