Present a Webinar: How to Use the Slide Organizer
Updated over a week ago

You've poured your heart and soul into crafting a fantastic webinar presentation. You have insightful content, powerful visuals, and engaging speaker notes. But then, disaster strikes! Your uploaded slides, added polls, and URLs are in a jumbled mess, making navigating it a nightmare. Worry no more! webinar.net's hidden gem, the Slide Organizer, is here to save the day!

This handy tool allows you to rearrange, reorder, and even hide slides within your presentation. With the Slide Organizer, you can transform a jumbled mess of slides into a polished, impactful sequence that will keep your audience engaged from start to finish.

Using the Slide Organizer

Once your contents are uploaded and added,

  1. Launch the Presenter Console and sign in.

  2. Access the Slide Organizer from the left-hand rail navigation.

All the contents in the Slide Organizer will appear in the order in which they are added.

Rearranging the Slides

Click on the content and drag it to your desired location. For example, most presenters will want their holding slide at the beginning, the URL slide for support early in the webinar, and polls or videos mid-webinar.

As you rearrange your content, the presentation window will automatically update for all presenters, even mid-webinar.

Reordering the Slide Decks

Use the SHIFT CLICK function (in blue) to grab a slide deck all at once and arrange it in any desired order.

Like rearranging the slides, the presentation window will automatically update for all presenters, even mid-webinar.

Hide a Content

When you hover over a content, an Eye icon will appear.

Clicking the icon will turn that specific content gray out, and a hidden text will appear indicating that it is hidden.

All hidden contents will not be displayed in the Presentation window.
