Ping Identity SAML SSO to Audience Interface
provides federated identity management and self-hosted identity access management (IAM) solutions to web identities and single sign-on solutions, being one of a number of organizations competing to provide standards to replace passwords for authenticating to web applications. webinar.net's Ping Identity SAML SSO integration is an XML-based standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data bewteen the identity provider (IdP) Ping Identity, and webinar.net, allowing for a Single Sign-On (SSO) experience.
The webinar.net infrastructure team will work with you and your team to gather all required Service Provider information. Once configured, during webinar creation you must enable the webinar for SAML Single Sign-On. Enable SAML Single-Sign-On
Note, Once Ping Identity is enabled for a webinar the only way to access the webinar as an attendee is through Ping Identity.
Create an application with type SAML application
Create an application with type SAML application Import our SP metadata by using the following URL
On the Edit Configuration page, make sure to update the SUBJECT NAMEID FORMAT as well as adding the TARGET APPLICATION URL.
Make sure to setup the following Attribute Mapping
Download the IdP metadata, this file needs to be to the authentication servers by the webinar.net team, and get the signing URL if needed
