I can't hear the presenter?
Check your speakers themselves - sometimes the connection to your computer can come loose - and make sure that they are on (try adjusting the volume as well).
Make sure that you have sound enabled on your computer - usually you will do this from your computer's Control Panel, but you may need to consult your computer's help file for more information.
Finally, play a video or audio file from another website to check your headphones or speakers.
