Allow List

Do you like to be in control? Manage users by adding them to the Allow List, which allows you to decide who can attend your presentation. TheAllow List is easy. You can create lists by domain and/or individual email address(es) and only those people and/or companies you have included will be allowed to register.

Within the Account Console on the Security page, select Allow Listing. Enter a domain and/or an email address to the Allow List.

Example:

The domain mycompany.com has been added to the Allow List. This means all email addresses that belong to the domain mycompany.com will have access to register for your webinar. All other email addresses will be blocked.

The email address joe.user@gmail.com has been added to the allow list. This means the email address joe.user@gmail.com will have access to register for your webinar.

Deny List

Similar to the Allow List, the Deny List allows you to manage the attendees of your presentation. However, instead of creating a list that allows them to join, deny list would prevent them from registering. This is done by creating a list of domains and/or individual email address(es) that would be blocked during the registration process.

Within the Account Console on the Security page, select Enable Deny List. Enter a domain and/or an email address to a deny list.

Example:

The domain mycompany.com has been added to the Deny List.
This means all email addresses that belong to the domain mycompany.com will be unable to register for your webinar.

When attempting to log in with a denied email address.
The audience member will receive an error logging in.

Bulk upload supports uploading a .csv file to bulk load domains and email addresses.

There is a sample downloadable file available once you click Bulk Add.

You can delete all the domains or email addresses, or a selection if needed.
