The Resource component is used to upload presentations, URLs, and other content that viewers can download.

Q&A
The Q&A component allows attendees to submit questions during the webinar. During OnDemand webinars, the questions submitted can be configured to go to an email address.
Group Chat
With the Group Chat component, attendees can directly chat with each other. The group chat can be configured for viewers to appear anonymous or show the viewer's name in the chat.
Survey
The Survey component allows you to get feedback about your webinar from your viewers.

Contact Us
The Contact Us component provides an easy way for viewers to contact the presenter or company. This component allows attendees to send an email to the email addresses provided by the presenter.
