If you already have a scheduled webinar that is set up with polls, surveys, emails, and presenters, you can copy it into a newly scheduled webinar so that all your settings and configurations carry over. This makes it easy to schedule new webinars that are similar to one of your previously configured webinars.
On My Webinars page, click the double square icon on the right side:
Configure the date/time, then click Copy.
Any polls, surveys, emails and other settings configured in the previous webinar will be automatically added. Once copied, you will be taken to the Registration page where you can review or update your registration settings.
Copy a Webinar with Media Files
To copy a webinar with your presentation media, select the checkbox "Copy the presentation media".
By selecting this option, an exact copy of the original webinar including all media clips, slides, videos, Audience Interface, etc. is created. This option can be used to make an exact clone of an existing webinar.
When copying a webinar that has more than one recording, the new webinar will only copy the selected media file from the original source.
