Eloqua is a software as a service (SaaS) platform for marketing automation offered by Oracle that aims to help B2B marketers and organizations manage marketing campaigns and sales lead generation.
Sending Data from Eloqua to webinar.net
Register attendees by sending registration information from Eloqua to webinar.net. In order for the integration to be complete, the Registration Field Mapping information below must be configured.
Once an attendee has registered, you can use the auto-join URL with the attendee's email address to log the attendee into the webinar.

Sending Data from webinar.net to Eloqua
Complete the following steps to send data from webinar.net to Eloqua.
Enter Eloqua Account Information
Select the Sync Data to Eloqua tab. Click Authorize Eloqua API Access
Verify your account information and click Login
Enter your Company Name, Username, and Password.
Click Accept to authorize your account.
After clicking Accept, the hyperlink Manage appears next to Eloqua API allowing you to update your information at anytime.
To sync registrants and their activities to Eloqua, you will need to set up Field Mappings and Activity Mappings.
Set up Field Mappings
Update the fields as shown in the example below:
Note. The field Eloqua Campaign ID is used as a unique identifier for campaign actions.

- Poll Field
- Registrant Field
- Webinar Reporting Field
Manage Filters
Use filters to include or exclude registrants.
View Sync Tasks and Status
Select View Details to see the detailed information of each task, including the field mappings, activity mappings, registrant filters, as well as any failure messages.
The sync between webinar.net and Eloqua can be automatic or manual, and the sync can be disabled or enabled at anytime.
For Live webinars, the data sync happens after the Live webinar schedule has ended and it will only happen once. For On-Demand webinars the data sync happens daily at midnight.
A manual sync can be performed at anytime by clicking on Start New Sync.
