After you have set up and promoted your webinar, there are a few additional steps to ensure you are prepared for your webinar:
- Once the webinar is created, use the Presenter Console URL to review the presentation before promoting it to attendees. Complete the registration process to review the Audience Interface, where attendees will watch the webinar.
- Send the Presenter Console URL to any presenters that need access to the Presenter Console. If a password is required make sure to include in your correspondence. Presenters are added and configured in the Audience Interface Builder.
- Upload your PowerPoint slides, videos and any other content at least one hour before the scheduled start of the webinar. PPT and PPTX file types are supported for the slides. You should preview all slides to ensure a correct conversion and to cache the slides. Caching the slides will allow the slides to render a little quicker to the audience.
